Start of curation phase

We bring in our ambassadors & country partners to go through the list of all applications so that we can arrive at the shortlist of 5 per category from each of the participating SAARC countries.

Cross curation phase

We make cross-lists of application and run through the same ambassadors to devoid of any bias

Final curation phase

Our already consolidated list of shortlist is run through a list generated from market study with the help of country partners and ambassadors to ensure that we have finailized on the right people.

Publish National shortlist

All the final curated lists of selected shortlist is published in final effect with the intention of accepting public opinion through our facebook messenger or through public votes.

National Voting Phase

We open up our social cee platform for public voting and everyone with a valid facebook account can participate in the community decision, which is considered as one additional Jury for the program.

Starting of National Jury phase

All national shortlist information is shared with the National Jury members for further curation of the winner at national level. Every jury associated with GSA SAARC is the best in their industry and we have put in effort in ensuring that the best will only be selected by the best from the ecosystem.

WSF Kick-Off

We will announce the shortlist and kick-off the WSF in Bangalore, India.
